Sir/Madam,

On behalf of the students of Class X who are going to sit for the ensuing Madhyamik Examination, I like to request you for arranging special classes after the test examination. The test examination is going to be over on XXth November 20XX. But entire syllabus of some of the subjects especially History, Geography, Physical Science are yet to be completed. For completion of the syllabus, better preparation of the Madhyamik Examination and revision of the difficult chapters such special classes will be a great help to all the students. Moreover, the poor students of the class whose parents cannot afford private coaching will be much benefited if such special classes are arranged by the teachers.
