Descriptive type question Three Questions | Leo Tolstoy

Question:-  How did the Tsar nurse the wounded man?

Answer:-   The Tsar saw a bearded man come running out of the wood. The man was badly wounded and he held his hands pressed against his stomach, and blood was flowing from under them. When the man reached the Tsar, he fell fainting on the ground moaning feebly. Immediately the Tsar engaged himself in nursing the wounded man. At first, the Tsar unfastened the man's clothing with the hermit's help. The Tsar saw a large wound in the wounded man's stomach. Then, the Tsar washed the wound as best he could and bandaged it with his handkerchief and a towel provided by the hermit. But the blood would not stop flowing, and the Tsar again and again removed the bandage soaked with warm blood and washed it and rebandaged the wound. At last the blood ceased flowing, the man revived and asked for something to drink. The Tsar brought fresh water and gave it to him. Then the Tsar, with the hermit’s help carried the man into the hut and laid him on the bed. In this way the Tsar nursed the wounded man and saved his life.
