But all sorts of things and weather

Must be taken in together,

To make up a year

And a sphere.

And I think it no disgrace

To occupy my place.

If I’m not so large as you

You are not so small as I,

Subject : Cleaning Operation of Garbage in the Locality.

Sir,

On behalf of the people of our locality I wish to draw your attention to the present unhygienic condition of XYX ( write the name of your locality) ward No. 12. Heaps of garbage and rubbish are lying up on the streets. But those on duty, assigned by the Municipality, neither remove the garbage nor sweep the streets regularly. As a result, the rotten garbage emits a foul odour pollution the entire area and serious health hazard for the people of the locality and the children in particular. Our locality has been converted into a dumping ground of domestic refuse. The garbage and waste are breeding grounds of mosquitoes as well.

Under the circumstances, I hope that you would kindly look into the matter and take necessary steps to help us get rid of such a filthy environment.

Thanking you,

Yours faithfully,

Write your name here.
